In order to make your delivery on time, we operate a network of warehouse across continents. We also provide frequent updates about the status of your order with videos and photographs.

OEM/ODM

OEM and ODM are all manufacturing terms used across the world. OEM is the short for Original Equipment Manufacturer. ODM stands for Original Design Manufacturer.

TTF’s OEM/ODM services create custom-made products based on specific power utility requirements from you.

Hot-dip galvanized

The process of immersing fabricated steel in molten zinc in a kettle or vat is known as hot-dip galvanizing (HDG). The process has a significant advantage over other corrosion protection methods due to its inherent simplicity.

The iron in the steel metallurgically reacts with the molten zinc in the kettle to form a tightly-bonded alloy coating that protects the steel from corrosion.

casting

Casting is a manufacturing process that entails pouring a liquid material into a mold with a hollow cavity of the desired shape and allowing it to solidify. The solidified part, also known as a casting, is ejected or broken out of the mold to complete the process.

Casting materials are typically metals or time-setting materials that cure after the combination of two or more components; epoxy, concrete, plaster, and clay are examples.

ASTM A-153

• Coating Thickness/Weight depends on the material category and steel thickness.
• Threaded Products areas with threads are not subject to the coating thickness requirement.
• Finish continuous, smooth, uniform.
• Embrittlement high tensile strength fasteners (>150ksi) and castings can be subject to embrittlement.
• Appearance free from uncoated areas, blisters, flux deposits and gross dross inclusions as well as having no heavy zinc deposits that interfere with intended use.
• Adherence the entire coating should have a strong adherence throughout the service life of hot-dip galvanized steel.

ISO 898‑1

ISO 898-1:2013 is applicable to bolts, screws and studs

• made of carbon steel or alloy steel,
• having triangular ISO metric screw thread in accordance with ISO 68-1,
• with coarse pitch thread M1,6 to M39, and fine pitch thread M8×1 to M39×3,
• with diameter/pitch combinations in accordance with ISO 261 and ISO 262, and
• having thread tolerances in accordance with ISO 965-1, ISO 965-2 and ISO 965-4.
