Tianjin Tuofa Electric Technology Co., LTD established in 2013. Our aim is to meet the needs of growing foreign markets as part of our group’s long-term development plan. Our products are widely used in electricity and communications. Our group’s first factory established in 1992 while our second factory in 2002. In 2007, we extend our business scope to the overseas.
So far, our plant governs an area of 80000 square meters. We have more than 700 employees. They include over 80 professionals and 30 quality management personnel. They handle advanced electric power fitting production equipment. Our annual production capacity are as follow:

Our products are cable fittings, electrical fittings and steel wire products. They are all made of copper and aluminum. We export them to South America, the Middle East and Russia. We also export power transmission line annexes and steel structures to the world.

We produce 3500 tons of cable fitting accessories and electrical fitting. We export 4000 tons of iron lines for electrical fittings. We make 2000 tons of iron lines for communication equipment. Our Products
For our products, we produce all kinds of power line fittings. They include conductor hardware, cutout fuse, grounding anchor, line construction hardware. Others are overhead line connector, pole line hardware and utility fasteners. We still have power line insulators, power surge arresters and distribution box.

- Conductor hardware covers a range of power line components. They include formed wire, lugs & terminals, and splice connections. These parts and extras aid in supporting and joining conductors in power systems. As a result, they combine smaller electrical circuits into a bigger circuit. They need establish an electrical connection between various electrical circuits. Another method is to connect distinct electrical circuits components.
- In an emergency, the cutout fuse enables the transformer disconnect the electrical line. It is an insulator supporting a fusible metal bar. The bar sandwiches between two terminal clips. The fusible metal bar will melt in the event of a short circuit. Then protect electronic equipment from overcurrent damage. It also can destroy the internal electrical components.
- A grounding anchor also known as an earth anchor. it is a tool used to steady and stabilize the electricity pole. Anchoring & foundation, grounding, and rods are all included in a grounding anchor. They are for infrastructure, construction, utility and telecommunications projects across the world.
- Hardware for line construction links and supports electricity applications in the field. For instance, a line construction equipment bracket suspends conduit from above supports. On the transmission lines, they support the conductors. They provide the stability and safety of the installation of overhead conductor wires. It can endure external disturbances even in extreme weather.
- Overhead line connector joins electrical circuit segments or many electrical circuits. They can create a large circuit. In most electrical connectors, the male component connects to the female component.
- Pole line hardware, often known as pole line accessories, refers to the tools and parts used on the pole. These add-ons maintain the electrical grid’s stability. They also ensur the security of both persons and public spaces. Accessories for utility poles make sure that all wires go into place easily. They guarantee that electricity flows via the main lines as well. The pole line gear ensures the protection of bystanders as well.
- Power line insulator is a critical component in overhead electrical transmission systems. They prevent electric current leakage from the overhead conductors on power towers. They also can protect poles, or other structures to the surroundings. Our insulator products include corona ring, pin insulator andpost insulator. Other types are shackle insulator, stay insulator and suspension insulator.
- Power surge arresters are safety tools. They bypass or discharge surge current to limit voltage. The arresters ground themselves to deflect power surges to the earth. To safeguard equipment downstream, they are suitable in place at the service door. External lightning protection limit the danger of lightning to people and property.
- Utility fasteners are essential tools and parts. They are for high-tech devices as well as home appliances. They function as temporary joints to prevent friction and damage to various sections.
